- Service Not Rendered: If a service has been paid for but has not been initiated within the agreed timeframe, a full refund may be issued.
- Duplicate Payment: If a payment is made twice for the same service due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.
- Service Cancellation by Scaleupglobally: If we are unable to deliver the service due to internal constraints, a full refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Setup fees for advertising accounts and campaigns
- Completed SEO, PPC, and social media ad services
- One-time consulting or strategy sessions
- Third-party tool costs (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising platform charges)
- Any service for which work has already been initiated and delivered in accordance with the agreement
- Cases where the client is unsatisfied with the service delivery but the service has been rendered as per the agreed scope of work
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Send an email to info@scaleupglobally.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Service Name].”
Include your invoice number, payment details, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
